Effective 9 September 2026. These terms apply to the MedMinds Premier Partner programme.
Approved Premier Partners may promote eligible MedMinds exam-preparation products using their unique referral link. Referrals must be genuine prospective learners.
A learner should register through the partner's unique link or be otherwise verifiably attributed before the first qualifying purchase. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, fake registrations and referral manipulation are prohibited.
The current minimum withdrawal is K50. Payouts are made to approved payout details after verification. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of payout information and any personal tax obligations.
Partners must represent MedMinds accurately, avoid spam and misleading claims, respect learner privacy, and must not promise guaranteed examination success. Question-bank submissions must not contain copyrighted material shared without permission or patient-identifiable information.
MedMinds may suspend abusive accounts, withhold invalid commission and update eligible products or operational terms. Changes do not convert the programme into recurring commission unless MedMinds explicitly publishes a new policy.
The programme is administered by MedMinds Learning Centre and governed by applicable laws of Zambia.
